The Customer may not cancel any order once they are accepted by Coolman Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. eCOOLMAN may cancel an order at its discretion, subject to eCOOLMAN recovering from the Customer the costs incurred. If only part of an order is cancelled, the original order is cancelled and a new order is being initiated.
The Customer may only return product(s) to eCOOLMAN for; incorrect ordering to receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:
i.All purchased product(s) are non-refundable, but exchangeable*.
ii.In order for products to be exchanged, there must be a manufacturing defect on the product which was not intended.
iii.The Customer must contact eCOOLMAN in advance and obtain the prior consent of eCOOLMAN and obtain a goods return number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork);
iv.Any incorrect purchase must be reported within 7 working days to be deemed valid for an exchange, Saturday is considered a working day.
v.Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Product must be returned to eCOOLMAN in their original packaging, unused and in a sale able condition, to be confirmed by eCOOLMAN after receipt.
vi.Product must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled, to the address advised by Coolman Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. .Product accepted for return will be credited at invoice value less a handling charge of 10% of the original invoice value.
* Product(s) are only exchangeable in the case of incorrect orders or manufacturing defects. eCOOLMAN reserves the right to deny any exchange in the case of the product being mishandled.
